Is this fake or real?

It's a very rare disorder, but very real.I've seen an mpg. of some poor guy with nuts like space hoppers elsewhere on the web.......but wouldn't want to see it posted here.

I think the desiese is called "elephantitius", but I didn't know it affected the testies, and to this degree.

I've seen that video of him scooting along. I'm pretty sure I'd neuter myself at an early age if that happened to me though.

That picture in the corner, I believe is real, I've heard quite a bit of "elephantitius", but I think the balls in the aqaurium are very fake, if not a photo shop, just some synthetic crap made for fun.

Actually it's called elephantiasis, and it is indeed very real.
