Help on buying an 89 RX-7

So I just found an 89 RX-7 and wanted yalls advice on if I should get it or not.

Heres what the seller told me:

1989 MAZDA RX7, 42000 miles on engine, 5-spd, new tires, new paint, new battery & alternator, ps, pdl, pw, pm, ac, sunroof, cd player, alarm, 225000 miles. Drift ready. $3,000 obo.

I know its 225 on the car but the motor is just 42000 so it still has some time. I am going to call them tommorow and ask about it but what do yall think?

nice car, but the price seems a little high. you could probably find a nice T2 for that price.

talk them down to 80%

new paint is usually to cover up replaces body parts.

i would look at really close to see if its been in an accident
