Hello,

I am trying to replace the headlight on my 97 Rodeo and I just can't seem to pull out the white wire connector. Is there a special way to remove it ? I press down the release and pull the connector. but it doesn't even budge.

thanks

Are you trying to replace the headlight assembly or the bulb?

Did you get the wire clip that locks it in place off?

I can get the clip off.

I tried removing only the clip and pulling out the bulb holder but the wires ( to connector ) are really short and it doesn't enough length to completly withdraw the bulb holder along with the connector.

thanks

I can't remember what the trick is without looking at it. I'll go have a look when it stops raining to see if I can jog my memory.
