propeller shaft spline grease?

Hey guys, I have a quick question. I have a 1991 Chevy S-10 Blazer 4-door 4x4 with the 4.3L engine and an automatic 700R4 transmission. I am putting my drive shaft on and was wondering if there is any certain type of lubricant I should put on the splines of the drive shaft? I have heard different things from different people. I would like a few more opinions about this. Thanks, you people are great.
