remove shroud.
remove header
scrape gasket off
put new gasket on
put new header on...
i dont' believe it gets more complex than that. I bet some of the bolts will be a bitch to get off though, and you prob want to use some anti-seize compound for the bolts you want to put back in. oh yea and don't cross thread anything - it is your block afterall (:

PB blaster is your friend when taking those bolts off. Buy some.
