power mirrors

replacing power side mirrors, having trouble getting the power mirrors to work just need to know the wire hook-up cause i thought it was pretty self explainatory but just cant get it to work anyone know please help!

if theyre the ones like mine, the m3 style. forget it its impossible ive tried everything
