Lexus RX300 VS: Mercedes-Benz ML320 VS: BMW X5 3.0i

I got a friends whose dad has just changed jobs and is being offered a Company Vehicle. The price range is about 50K CDN and these are the ones that he's interested in. If you guys can think of anything else then tell me! His criteria is this.

Something around 50K CDN that can be either a Sedan or SUV (SUV preference), has to be able to hold lots of Cargo, has to be stylish (BMW, BENZ, etc.) and it has to be what you could consider a Minivan replacement.

i would go with the X5, it is so fast, especially the 4.4L V8, but i wouldn't go with the sport package, i hear it is to bumpy and not worth the price at all.
