Upper I/C piping for HKS SQV

Hey, as you could've probably guessed from the subject of this thread, I'm trying to find a company that makes an upper intercooler pipe that is flanged for the HKS SQV blow off valve... Anybody know of one???

I would call dejon tool or road race and ask if they can flange it.
