water in driver side floor 323i

My '98 BMW 323i convert has developed a water leak seems to be comming on drivers side under rear seat then onto floor... no visible leaks from top or window area.. Suspect a "drain" line clogged up.... where are these located?

Have you recently had a window regulator replaced? There is a vapor barrier behind the door panel that will cause a major water leak if not sealed properly.

Nothing has been done with vapor barrier in door/window.... Have had this vehicle for about two years with no problems.... this just started all of a sudden....

water seems to collects under the rear seat first and then the floor gets wet....

Pull the rear seat out, saet and seat back. check carefully around supports for water tracks. Your rear window seal may be leaking....Later mark.
