If they are mode for it, you just need to make sur they are for the B18A or b18B if they are used.

i THINK the largest throttle body that will fit on skunk2 intake manifold is 65mm. correct me if im wrong

If so then it can be easily bored to fit. ;) However unless he is looking to do some extremely wild N/A setup or go big boost then I would stay below 68mm.

even type R's only have 62mm. 70 is huge

Yea like I said unless you are going to have an extremely wild N/A set or boost then you don't need a big TB like that. If you put that on your car it will actually slow the air flow down instead of increasing it. But if you have a turbo the boost is a different story, big = less restriction.
