tranny mount

ok, i changed my transmission mount today.. heres the thing.. now my car feels kinda stiff.. the old rubber mount was all cracked and ripped.. and peeling away.. and i now have a polyurethane one on..

but is it supposed to be that stiff?

Not sure what you mean by stiff. I also put a poly mount in my trans. It definitly has more vibration, but nothing that is terribly bad. Am planning on installing poly motor mounts soon.

it just feels a little different to me.. a little more vibration like you guys said.. it probably feels normal, like it should.. i was drivin on that busted mount for like 2000 miles.. all i know is that there is no more clunk, and when i hit the gas hard it seems to accelerate a lot better.. im likin that..
