Monza Racing seat install???

I just purchased a Monda Racing seat witht he universal mounting bracket that I have to drill a hole in for the bolts to line up. They say I have to measure the distance from the ends of the rail to the bolt and drill a hole? Has anyone ever done this before in a 99 Civ and remember what location the holes had to be drilled and what side? I want to have someone do it for me but I want the seat in now so any help would be apreciated. Thanx
