I'll tell you what. I had a lot of fun doing this to my 1994 S10 Blazer. The parts for mine from a Dealer was $88 US dollars.

You have to take off the penulum and look for washing. If you see that the lines are cracked (washing on the driver-side) then they should be replaced. It's good practice to also change out the CPI unit while you are under there since they are both prone to breaking.

Release the fuel pressure from one of the fuel lines and then get to work! Just take your time and take breaks too if you get pissed...

i would also recomend going ahead and replacing the electrical connector, if not, you will at least need the rubber gromment that goes underneath it, mine was all torn up

in most cases , the wiring wil not be the cause of the problem.
