hey guys/gals of AF. i wanted to thank all of you who nominated me as a new moderator. Im very greatful of this oppurtunity and i will uphold the laws of AF in every way i can. I will be moderating in the civic forums.

and of course my movie reviews will only be given to my 4th gen family.

i deleted it before it went too far and because i'm sick of getting ragged on all the time, it was to the point lastnight were i was gonna say fuck it and delete this section outta my favourites and not return ever again. I was very close to doing that lastnight and trust me, if it happens again, i prolly wont return because of one persons actions. there are alot of cool people on here but some just act childish and act like assholes.

adding the other person to the ignore list will make it like they don't exist :bigthumb:

no it's not fun. it's one thing to joke around. it's another to make somebody feel like garbage. if derek puts you on the ignore list and you still behave like that, you could very well be looking at least a temporary "time-out" ban.

he called you an asshole after you left an asshole remark. and then he left it at that. i didn't threaten to ban over an asshole remark. i asked both of you to use the ignore list. instead of saying "okay" or better yet, nothing at all....you come back with

there is a fine line between funny and flamming. when somebody states the joke isn't funny anymore or asks for it to stop and it continues, that is crossing the fine line into flame country.

now if derek picks on you and he doesn't stop after you have asked him to do so, then he too will be looking at least at a temp ban.

you have ZERO clue what you are talking about. crxlvr donated more than any other civic/crx owner when the "help donate for a new server" was ran...because he cared for the future of af. he has been here since the old ph days. he posts on a daily basis. and finally when a new mod is to be choosen all the mods of af make nominations and vote. that means he got votes from mods outside of this forum.

if you think crxlvr is a bad choice for being a mod, it further proves the system of mods voting in new mods is the best choice....because people like you who have been here for less than a year have no real clue as to who should or shouldn't be a mod.

ok im back from the dead, thanks again everyone and ami thanks for backing me up. its true i havent been around posting all that much, but i do lurk and when things need answering i answer. anyhow, im so caught up with my work and stuff i dont even use my comp alot. i will however use my powers here at AF strictly for good, no power-trips for me. i hope all remains good on this site wether you see me post or not.

do you even know the deffinition of "moderator"...you seem to be confusing it with the word "expert". moderators are here to solve/ dissolve conflict. this forum actually has moderators that are experienced in the make/model of car. you have some nerve saying the 4th gen mod aren't the sharpest. crxlvr, gta, and myself know ten times more than you on any given day. i've been modding civics' longer than you've had a drivers license :thumbsup:
