Suspension Question

I'm looking to get a complete Tokico HP suspension upgrade for my 98 prelude but i was wondering if i need to buy a camber kit too because i want to drop it about "1.5

It would be a good Idea to get a camber kit. You don't have to, but if you don't you will go through tires pretty quickly.

You don't need a camber kit if you are going to drop it 1.5". You only need a camber kit if you notice your tires wearing unevenly (ie. the inside wears quicker than the outside). That only happens on really low cars. 1.5" is nothing. I have been dropped by 1.5" on my Prelude for 3 years. My camber and tire wear is fine.
