Holy cow this clutch is crazy. When I disengaged the clutch like normal I killed the car because I wasn't used to such a touchy clutch. It pushes in a bit harder than the stock clutch, and when you let it out, it gets to a spot where as soon as you hit it it grabs the tires and goes. It took me 10 times killing the car before I could get it out of the shop. I still jerk it a bit when I drive it. Hopefully it won't take long before I get the hang of it.
The clutch is an RPS Streetmax 6 puck disk. I got it at 3sxperformance.com. It was heavy as hell, too. What's really neat is that the shop that did my clutch, the owner of the shop owned 2 3000gt's (base models).

Congrats on the new clutch! I'm assuming that this should help your launches. Not that you street race or anything :evillol:

no, CRAPPY tires or slicks are what you need for launching. all launching does is ruin your once 'good' tires.
