Ok, now my front windshield wipers aren't working. I checked out the fuse and the relay, and they're both ok. I am wondering if there is a way to check if it's my combination switch or my wiper motor.
Would it work to check the switch by taking out the relay, putting a meter on the coil terminals, then trying the switch to see if there's a voltage coming in?
Is there a better way? Or should I just check incoming voltage at my wiper motor?

Before monkeying with the switches/relays, try checking for voltage at the wiper motor conection. A common problem with wiper motors is bad grounds. If you got voltage coming in to the motor, check for a bad ground by jumping a wire from the motor casing to a good ground on the engine (or the negative post of the battery). If no voltage is even getting to the motor, look for a fuse, or the switch being the problem.
