Idle air control motor

any one know what happens when the IAC motor is going bad?

One main symptom is a hunting idle, where it just keeps bouncing low higher low higher. Can get stalling if the pintle valve is sticking, more so when cold.

Where is this part located at

On the throttle body were the air intake from the air filter is.

Had to replace mine... Died from carbon deposits.
