yo am stating a tuner mini cooper project

I already started to by taking all the seats of exept for the driver seat.
I also sanded in BMW v6 engine in and got some decals
but I dont know what to do next

Lower it. Convertible Roof. Sunroof. Roll Cage. Make the back door like a van, the two doors swinging out to the side, I reckon that would look
cool.
