98 taurus 3.0 litre coolant drain

please tell me where the coolant drain is on a 98 taurus 3.0 litre. there is a large plastic air dam under the radiator, but i don't think that removing it will get me anywhere. I just want to drain and refill with fresh coolant.

I have a 2000...I think it may be the saME...The Plastic guard under the bumper running from fender to fender has to be removed....10 or 12 screws attach it to the bumper ...The drain fitting is located on the drivers side bottom corner of radiator which is in plain view with the guard removed...HaYNES MANual says they are all in this location.
