temperature fluctuation

Can some one give me an idea about my 97 4 wheel drive, the water temp seems to fluctuate betwen I would guess between 198- 210. I was told it may need flushing and new antifreeze, is this right seeming. It does not seem to matter if you are driving or sitting still. Thanks for replies.

Might be just low water, or a sticky thermostat. If you haven't touched the water since the truck was new, it might be worth checking it.

My 96 V-10 seemed to be taking a long time to warm up to temp and sometimes would never get up there. Finally found out that the temp sensor was bad. It's easy to change out and cheaper than a thermostat.
