cigarette lighter

I tried to use the cigaretter lighter to charge my batteries, but it did not work. How should I do?

WHAT? So are you getting power through your cig. lighter??? Easy way to test is to plug in a cell phone charger or something that has a light on it when it is plugged in and has power....If no power, there should be a fuse for it down by the drivers kick panel.
