oil problem

its good on gas but my engine burns up oil really fast like a week and i need to put more than a quart in it... and when i drain the oil out its kinda slushy how can i get rid of this problem??

Hi. Sounds like you're having trouble. What kind of oil do you use? What weight? How many miles does the car have? Answers to these questions will make it easier for me to tell you how to fix your problem. Also, how often do you change your oil and filter?

try changing brands of oil,pennsoil from jiffy lub is crap. use moble,citco,valoline,stay away from quaker state also,if oil is milky looking,might be leaking antifreeze into engine oil from head gasket,are you adding antifreeze and its not dripping on the ground
