Has anyone ever had a clutch hydraulic actuator leak at the O ring?
Is this a fixable problem by a non-automehcanic? Iam not helpless-Iam a retired fighter aircraft mechanic.
The leak is on a 1995 S-10, 2.2L, 5 speed.
Are there any web sites that show exploded views and give steps to repair trucks?
Any help is welcome.

Mine was leaking at the slave cylinder where the line attaches. Couldn't buy just the line....had to buy the clutch master cylinder with line attached and slave attached to other end YES, there is an o-ring where the line attaches to the slave cylinder. Bitched mine up trying to get it off....it wasn't pretty.

[COLOR=darkred]Oh yeah, something else to keep your eye on with this motor (2.2)......the oil pan will develop a leak at the rear, behind the flywheel....eventually ruining your clutch. The nice thing is....you have to "remove" the engine to change the oil pan gasket + seals! I've been through all this already....it held up fine until it hit the 8 year old mark. It's a 95 also. Since then i've replaced the engine with a new 2.2, added an intake kit, full exhaust with header+FlowMaster 40 Series muffler, and Performance Module. This thing runs+sounds like a v-6 compared to stock! I couldn't own another 2.2 without doing this to it....it made that much of a difference in power and acceleration.
