Is ther any trick to changing the brake pads on a 2002 Frontier crewcab 2w drive v6
It's pretty straight forward if you've ever changed out pads on any other vehicle. Take out one bolt, swing the caliper up, take out old pads (don't lose the shims), push in the pistons (watch your master cylinder doesn't overflow), put in new pads and lock er up. The trick is to not let your pads get so low that they score the disk. you really don't have to turn the disk evrytime you change out pads or drums either. Hope this helps.
