SE 15 to replace an L7?

What do you guys think about a SE 15 to replace a L7? if i can't fix mine then i might get a SE 15 but im not sure about it yet have to save some cash and get some advice. thanks.

L7 is a 15" 4 ohm i think

SQ should be better with the SE, but total output should be similar, and the SE doesn't need as big of a box

so while were on the topic sr20 do you think the SX 15 would be much better sq and spl than the L7?

much better SQ, and somewhat better SPL
you aren't going to find much out there that has "MUCH" better spl than a 15L7, at most you'll double the displacement, which will gain you ~3dB. The SQ is pretty easy to top though
