O2 sensor heater circuit

I have a 1995 GMC Jimmy and the Service Engin Light came on. I put the diagnostics scanner on and the code cam up P0141 and says that it is th O2 sensor heater circuit ( Bank 1 sensor 2) can someone tell me where this is located and is it expensive to replace.
