on the 93 metro does anyone have an idea if the e-brake only locks up the left rear wheel. i can slide easly making a right hand turn but when i make a left it seems as if the right rear wheel wont lock to enable the car to slide. i have also been sliding turns and whatnot for a long time so its not driving error.

o also i need to know if anyone is aware of a big brake kit that will fit the car, and what size the bolt pattern is for the 93 metro. no way im gunna put some power under hood with larger rims and try to stop on stack brakes that lock up lol

The left is probibly out of adjustment. Adjust the adjuster for proper drag. The big brake upgrade is from a Swift GT/GTi. You will also need to convert the front and use the GT/GTi master cyl. The bolt pattern is 4 x 4.5. Common size on older Mazda 323's, and Nissans and Hundias. Watch out for the off set. You need about 40 to 42mm offset or the wheels will stick out too much and you will be hitting you finders plus it is hard on the wheel bearings.

Well, besides the swift brake upgrade, there's also a HUGE upgrade for the swift brakes made by Jardamuth(jess) of the teamswift.net forums. he machines all the parts himself, slotted/drilled rotots, gigantic calipers. it's $1700can for them, but it stops 60mph-0 in 98ft. You'll need at least 15" rims to fit them on.
