Squeeking in Passenger Door

Whenever I have my stereo turned up or if i have it off and i hit some bumps the door squeeks. I think theres something inside the door thats loose or the inside panel isnt on tight. Also is there some way of tightning my drivers seat because if you push back and lean forward the whole seat slightly rocks. Please help me out here!!!! Thanks
