Rolling Technique.

Get your mind out of the gutter ;) ... Anyone know the proper way to roll a burreto? I make breakfast burretos all the time but they allways turn out odd looking becuase I'm not real sure on how to fold the ends right.

Yeah thats basically what I'm doing but I get little butter fly wing looking things poping out of each end ... maby I should go ask people who work at taco bell.

yeah its basically what civicspoon said, and youre using flour tortillas right... then if you was try using a little water or oil to make the flaps stick down. I love getting the burrito supreme meal at taco bell but i hate hard tacos. soft tacos are the shit. I always get that meal with the soft taco. Have you guys tried that tater cheese sourcream thing? pretty good and you cant beat it for a dollar.

Maybe you could start by learning how to spell it?

I eat at authentic Mexican restaurants with real Mexicans... freshly imported... But yeah, I usually put oil or butter on them when I roll them up so they stick the way I want.

cool I'll have to try that. We have an authentic mexican restarant here, I prefer american mexican restrants though, food taistes better.
