LCD Screen/Computer

Hey, Im new to this forum...

I didnt want the stock GPS LCD screen...
I am trying to, instead, install a touch-screen LCD screen and computer...

I was wondering if anyone has done this, and where I can find information or parts.

Even information for just the LCD screen would be very helpful...

If anyone can help me I would really appreciate it!
