Remove rear door panel 2000 SSE

The rear passenger-side window is broken. How do I remove the interior door panel to get to the window motor?

First go to the dealership and get some door panel clips. Your break them. They make a special door clip puller for that. It cost about 10 dollars. Your gonna have to just pull the door panel. It's gonna soung like your taering the panel up, but it's the clip that's making the noise. you also have 4 bolts in the door. I think it takes a 7/16 wrench.
