HELP!low beams dont work

Low beams are not working. Fuses in fuse box ok and lights work on high beam. turn lights work also

It is a 1999 4-runner

Most commonly after checking all fuses and jumping voltage to low beam connections on headlamps to make sure you actually have good headlamps it is the turn signal high/low beam assm in colum...can check this using a testlight and look for voltage in wiring from this switch when you go from high to lowbeam and replace if no voltage is seen in low beam mode...goodluck
