73 restore (custom)

I found a 73 Super Beetle to restore/customize :smile: . Notice on parts to buy things are always more exspensive for the super, What im wanting to know is, i want the wide/flared fenders (F,R) but prices for the super are 50-100 differance for fenders :mad: , was wondering what parts on the super are different from a standard beetle, like would the fender from a standard not bolt up to the super? :confused: and if any one knows sites that carry super parts. thanks

Try looking at www.thesamba.com They have tons of parts for all years of beetles. I dont know if they can be switched around though. Do a search on yahoo or google, I think I saw something about that once.
