2003 trailblazer fuel filter ????

folks who here has changed there fuel filter on there trailblazer, if so how do u get the fuel off of the filter.

most new vehicles now have a metal retaining clip on both ends of the filter that you have to remove first. Then you have a special tool that most auto stores have for about $5 which goes inside the ends of the filter to release several prones that hold it in place.
