I was driving in a freak windstorm last night and a big palm frond blew in front of me, well I drove smack over it and it hit in front and under my car so bad it got stuck under my car for like 2 miles. I got out and removed the large piece under the car, it didnt' look like it damaged anytyhing. But the piece that hit in the front went right through the grill thing in the radiator, there is not a big hole in it and some of the mesh has unravelled and I cut it away so it wouldn't get in the fan. The radiator doesn't seem to leak or antying and the car still runs, should I worry about this? The hole is only about 3 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Thanx.

If the cooling fins are damaged, even if it doesn't leak, the efficacity is greatly reduced and you should really consider replacing your radiator.

Yea if any of the fins are broken on it or it has a big hole in it, like in your case then yes i would also recommend changing it out.
