Keyless Remotes 2003 Malibu

I just bought 2 new keyless remotes for my 2003 Malibu. The FCC ID has KOBLEAR1XT and GM/Lear 25695954. Can anyone give me assistance on how to program these to my car? The codes match the 1 remote that came with the car. I've attempted to program them with instructions that came with them but it failed to work.
