they're really high in B vitamins and the formula is geared toward men, im sure you can stop by GNC and get more information. i've been taking them for a little over a year and like them a lot.

itook one a day an it had adverse affects...meaning it made me real tired when i took them...so i'm looking for some also

it does the exact opposite for me, they seem to give me a little energy... you're supposed to take two a day. are you sure you're talking about the same stuff? I have a few friends that take them too, and i never hear anything bad about them.

not everything is for everyone...centrium my have that affect on you and not me...just the combination and amount that they use my not be what my body needs
