89 SHO heater problem!!

I bought an 89 Ford Taurus SHO over the summer. It seemed to do fine, although I had a few minor things to fix. But now Winter has set in and my heater blower blows just fine, but no heat, and I'm freezing to death! I've checked to figure out if I have a mechanical or electrical blower, but have neither digital numbers or tabs, so can't even figure out which way to proceed. If anybody can offer any advice at all, I would really appreciate it. I have already checked my fuses, and they are fine, just no heat with blower!! HELP!!!!!

A very common problem with Fords.
1.) Check coolant level.
2.) After engine warms up, check to see if heater hoses going to the core are hot. If not, your heater core is clogged. Try back flushing it separately from the rest of the cooling system. If yes, then you may have a blender door problem.
