Winter beater needs some major repairs...!!

My winter beater has taken a turn for the worst (1994 Accord LX 4dr) and needs a new tranny, clutch and rear bushings put in..the place that its at wants $1800 for everything including labor. THey said they found a tranny for 485 (manual)..im just thinking to myself if they already have the new transmission out of the car and are going to put it in, and have the new clutch to install on the tranny..shouldnt the labor cost to put in the clutch decrease because all it is is slipping it in..they dont have to detach it from the motor or anything..am i wrong here? Sorry its in this forum but i cant get answers from anyone else in any other forums. Thanks alot guys
