replacing fog light bulb

I have an '03 Camry XLE with fog lights and I noticed today that one of the bulbs was burned out. When I looked into the vehicle's handbook I noticed that it will tell you how to change every bulb but that one and the license plate light.
Are they really that hard to replace? it told me to take it to my toyota dealer. Now I just bought the car and when I brought it to the dealers attention they said they would replace it for free. But I wonder how hard can it be, or what is there that can break and cause serious damage to the vehicle?
Thanks

You can break the light assembly, which will cost you in the end. You should take it to the dealer, and watch how they do it, since they will do it pro bono, and this way you'll know.
