does my 2001 4-runner have fender flares?

I am looking to buy a front end mask for my 2001 Toyota 4-Runner, SR5 Limited but am not sure if a mask made for fender flares is going to fit. The orgininal mask is from a 1999 but it is said to fit mine.

The mask states it will fit a model with factory fender flares but mine does not have the factory fender flares so i dont believe it will fit
