[90 Cutlass Ciera] intermittent problems...

I picked up a 1990 Cutlass Ciera S as a winter car and I am having some problems with it. First, the cigarette lighter does not work and I cant track down the problem. Now, I am having intermittent problems with the speedometer and odometer not working. Also, the fuel gauge doesnt work at all. I have checked all the fuses, and they are all okay... looking for ideas on what to check next???

I have the same problems, cigarette lighter doesnt work but fuses are fine. The fuel gauge is up and down all the time not very accurate, my gas light never comes on either.
