Sloooow wipers and then nothing

Hello:

2002 Sentra GXE

After a snowstorm/iced up windows, my wipers were moving very slowly. Seemed to be the same slow speed on either setting. Today while driving to work, the wipers just stopped halfway up the window. I have not checked the fuse yet, but am wondering if maybe the motor is shot?
Where is the fuse for this located?

check the fuse, and the wiper motor. Now when you check you motor use a volt meter,or a test light. see if you have power. it could be bad ,or check your wiper switch. Thay do wear out too. start there.
