sup felaz i have a question, i have a honda civic eg sedan and the engine is a d15b7 and its a carburettor, now im thinking of doing a engine swap to a v-tech (dunno wat type of it 1st).Is dis possible and if it is wat other parts do i need to make the swap 100% running because i dont want any problems in the short run eg: ecu malfunction, loss of power etc etc. PLz help me on dis as im really desperate.thx.Also if it is cheaper i would really like to put my d15b7 engine to v-tech by buying one of those v-tech conversion kits(LS/VTECH)?!Would that be a good idea, if so wat mechanic shop do them around melbourne and the number to get more info.thx

well buddy, unless someone did a major down grade on that car/engine, u DON'T have a carburetor. either u got the engine code wrong, the body type wrong, they swapped out the short block and down graded the whole engine setup and system. because EG was the 92-95 Civic, the sedan came in LX, DX, and EX. all of which did not a have a carburetor. nor did that engine (D15B7) come carburated.
