manual transmission drain plug

im changing motors in my 93 and i cant get the drain plug off the tranny what kind if tool is it it looks like a square allen wrench? :2cents: :confused: :screwy:

I just drained and refilled my tranny and I used a 3/8 drive extension to pull it out. It was a little loose but worked ok
