94 Jimmy - Cranks but won't start

I have a 94 Jimmy 4x4 4.3L Z
Last week it started having problems starting,I checked the wire going from the coil to the distributor,cleaned the ends,checked for continuity.
I found this forum after still having problems - someone said turn the key on and let it sit,so last week I started turning key to on for 5 sec. and then to start and it would start. sometimes it would start then go off 3 or 4 times before it would actully run,
I found the fuel pump relay - jumped it out and can hear the pump run in the back,but now it just turns over and won't start.
I also tried jumping out the other relay next to it - not sure what that one is ... I am not a mechanic ,so wouldnot know how to check for gas preasure... please help

You'll need to get some fuel pressure readings. I'd suggest bringing it to your mechanic and get some further diagnosis.
