Brake light out?

I have a 2003 330i with a premium package, sport package, xenons and automatic. Randomly when I start it, the dash shows my right brake light out. The brake light is not out, and the bulb has been replaced anyway. The indicator goes out when I turn my headlights on for more than 30 seconds. Dealer gave up. Any help?
