Working on my daughters toyota. Having some problems. Car initially turns over then very rough idle and stalls. Already replaced the fuel pump. I have fuel at the injectors, pulsating when turned over. Read in the pump instructions that if car did not start it could be a bad oil pressure relay. Is the true? Also, I know it's dangers, but I sprayed ether down the carb, and it runs very well and smooth until I stop spraying, then It rough Idles and stops. Whats up? Also where is the fuel filter and or fuel regulator.
Any help is appreciated.

Actually the fuel filter is part of the fuel pump itself. Mine gave out after about 120K this past spring.
