Supra tail lights conversion

ok well i have seen a few of them on cardomain.com and was wondering how hard it would be to do or if someone has made a kit for it...

t will prolly be fairly intricate and expensive to do

custom, thousands of dollars. there is no kit, go see a shop for an estimate.

i definately like stocks better, i think the eclipse rear end is too narrow for supra tails.

supra tail lights are overrated....i seen a full size truck with supra tail lights in the bymper....looks rediculous.

Unless your cant get over them and you have money to throw away, I wouldnt waste my money on that. Its prob gonna cost you about 2000-3000 for the install. With that kind of money you can turn your stock into a monster!

couldnt agree more. the 2g dsm has the nicest looking ass stock out there, imo.

i fell in love with eclipses because of there looks compared to a supra... such wide bodys and DAMN they just look good :) a supra tail light kit would just pull the 2 worlds together a bit :)

I think the Supra Tail lights look tight, but you must be a moron or real rich to be doing that to your DSM. Spend the money on a turbo, or a bigger one incase your already got one,
OR just buy altezzas cause they look decent also

Supra tail lights on a supra are RETARDED SEXY....but not on a 2G imo, just looks retarded. Things that make you go faster are more fun too...

yeah, those Supra rears are overated. I always see them on School buses nowadays. Any ways, from a far view with the rite Euro Lites, the Eclipse rear lights can be mistaken for a Supra.

I'v seen an eclipse with supra taillights around here in Fresno California, it looks alright but, I still think the car would look better with the stocks (unless you want the attention) if you drive around an eclipse with supra taillights people will remember your car, just like I remember that purple eclipse with the supra taillights.

I'll stay with the stocks and try to keep a sleeper appareance as much as possible

save body work for a non turbo....

i have supra tail lights on my car i did them my self there kinda close together but to late now maybe next car i will put them father apart i did mine for about $400 its not hard if you know body work wiring is not hard either check mine out cardmain sxyasseclipsy

I did the conversion too on my spyder... pain in the ass... not sure if i like the way it looks yet, but its growing on me, very different.

i like the eclipse tail light the way they are why modify them...

thats a real nice job on the conversion, but i dont think it looks good. maybe if they didnt use that bomex rear. it adds too much crap at the bottom
